You loved her in Cycle 11, now first transgender “Top Model” contestant, Isis, is back for a surprise you won’t believe! Plus, “ANTM” contestant Clark shows up to address her hot conflict with Isis on the show. Then, Tyra gets a surprise from a former guest who wants to reveal a big secret.

Tyra Banks surprises Isis King, the first transgender contestant on America’s Next Top Model, with sex reassignment surgery in an episode of her talk show to air Tuesday.

“This is not happening!” King, who was born Darrell Walls, says when Banks introduces her to Dr. Marci Bowers, a leading gender reassignment surgeon who has experienced the surgery herself. Bowers is paying for the surgery.

“[I feel] like I’m about to wake up,” says King – who lived in a homeless shelter in Maryland before trying out for the show.

The 22-year-old hadn’t gone under the knife yet because she couldn’t afford the $20,000 to $35,000 price tag. Watch her tearfully explain putting off the surgery above.

“It’s hard. I try not to think about it because it is something I’m really passionate about,” she says. “I feel like I really was born in the wrong body, and it’s just the one thing that makes me feel uncomfortable.”

King wouldn’t allow photos of herself as a male shown on the 11th season of ANTM, but reveals them for the first time on The Tyra Banks Show.

Why was she hesitant about the pictures?

“I look at it like yes, I’m the first transgender contestant, but okay, lets move past it now,” King explains. “I’m just a woman trying to compete just like everyone else.”

Hey People!

Well alot of people tell me that they don’t watch the show anymore after I was eliminated. Thanks for the support, and in a way it make me feel good, but then I think, wait there are wonderful contestants who are still on the show and have wanted to actually be models for years!

With that being said…the TOP 3 GIRLS!

…Sam, McKey, and Analeigh…

Now as you know, some of the girls on the show were kind of mean to me and the fact that I was “SPECIAL” lol, but if you have been following, all of those mean girls got the Boot!

I have met alot of wonderful people, and many new friends from the show. Honestly the Top 3 could not have been better people.

*Sam- Was like my little sister, if you would have seen all the out takes and voices we always made together you would have pee’d your pants! The class clown. We always got into trouble (off camera) for doing things we were not suppose to…lol, but we had to make it fun. OMG there were sooo many memories of us…she is, and will always be my girl (I cant wait to see you whenever I finially move to LA girl!)

*McKey- You all didnt see, but we were actually roomies (in our little 1/2 room) I was her alarm clock in the mornings..lol. This aint like that other season (no model left behind) so I woke her everyday! Her Boyfriend gave her a teddy that had a song he recorded for her…She was loving. McKey cooked for the whole house like almost all the time (I want some more Taco Salad girl!). She was great, strong, and a real “knock out” lol.

*Analeigh- The angel. Such a beautiful soul. She was so selfless during the whole experience. We had a talk the night I was eliminated (and Analeigh im glad you proven other wise ) She had it in her all along and im soooo proud to see she has made it to the top 3. She always rocked her peace necklace and represented it to the fullest! I cant wait to see her butt on Victoria Secret Runway, along with helping people all around te world.

I said all of this to say..MAKE SURE YOU SUPPORT THESE 3 WONDERFUL YOUNG WOMEN NEXT WEDNESDAY NOV.19TH ON THE SEASON FINIALLY OF AMERICA’S NEXT TOP MODEL CYCLE 11. Im not sure who the winner is so I will be watching with you guys!!

People can say what they want about Tyra, but they can never take away the fact that she is giving young woman oppurtunities to follow there dreams. To build themselves, to be better people, and female empowerment.
